Group Director (Project Monitoring Team) Provided user inputs & guidelines to design on operational & maintainability parameters for the design & development.
Prepared the Scope of Work, carried out an audit, participated in PDR/CDR and evaluated. Vendor development and identifying Indian private companies for indigenization.!
Aviation (Field /HQ) Maintained four fighter aircraft fleets with good flight safety records by nurturing sound maintenance practices and harnessing the technical skills of the team members.
Judicious utilization of human resources employing right person for the job and effective assets management of the inventory more than 200 crores. Planning, coordinating, staffing and execution of many aircraft detachments at outstations. Integration of Avionics systems in close coordination with foreign OEMs and HAL. Meticulous documentation of servicing, repair activities and life monitoring of aircraft systems.
Was awarded the Chief of Air staff commendation for carrying out in-depth technical analysis for aircraft safety and incident-free operations. !
Instructional (Directing Staff) Qualified instructor and have held various instructional designations and conducted specialist classes on advanced aerodynamics & propulsion systems. Guided term projects for preparing multimedia learning packages.!
Senior Project Engineer (R & M Analysis and Documentation) Conducted Reliability & Maintainabilityanalysis along with preparing maintenance philosophy document, Lifing catalog, Component Pre-check manual and servicing documentation.
Worked on PLM/ERP module for integrating CAMMS with eMMS!

• Leading the company’s Hawk project from Bangalore office.
• Monitor the progress of the new business in the pipeline and supporting contractual supplies & related activities.
• Create new revenue streams at every possible opportunity.
• Responsible for developing client handling strategy, direction, and documents for planning further for growth and future targets as per IBP.
• Acting as a single point of contact for HAL, IAF/ IN and Indian private industry.
• Participate in CNC, PNC, and other contractual negotiations.
• Giving guidance and directions to the team to achieve set targets.
• Seminars, meeting, and conferences to maintain networking with industry partners.
Notable Business development
• To pursue details with stakeholders for Contract of 3rd Batch of Hawk aircraft production
• Continuously work with HAL towards the formation of JV for Fleet support for Hawk & Jaguar.!
• Identifying Indian Partner for long term business agreement as per Government DAC policy.
• Identifying areas of expertise of the Indian partner for further development by ToT.
Achievements:
• Hawk contract supplies of 16M GBP conducted successfully.
• Continuous perusal with customer existing revenue business increased by approx. 7M GBP.
• New businesses have been inked of 3.5m GBP approx.
• New businesses in the pipeline.!
• Regular conduct of meetings with ILT to improve process performance levels and continual improvement.!
